Who Are We?

As a charity and company limited by guarantee we are governed by a Board of charity trustees who are also our company directors.

Peter Emms is the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Prior to taking up this role in April 2007, he worked for Yeldall for over nine years, being both Fund-Raising Consultant and then Chief Executive. He is supported by five other Trustees: Rodney Britton, Roger Howard, Sue Launders, Ian Myerscough and Heidi Yoder.

Our staff team is led by Director, Ken Wiltshire. He is supported by a Management Team (pictured below), all of whom have worked in the organisation for over nine years so carry a wealth of experience. A number of our staff team and, at present, all of our counsellors, have themselves been through the Manor Programme, making them very well-equipped to help others who are in the same situation.

In total, we have over twenty staff and volunteers, including gap year volunteers via Time for God or Careforce. All of our Trustees and staff are committed Christians, in line with Genuine Occupational Requirements for each post.
