Vision/Belief

Yeldall Manor is a Christian organisation and we believe that the best means of achieving rehabilitation is through discipleship to Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord.

However, residents do not have to be Christian to join the programme, and we never insist upon such a commitment.

All we ask is that residents respect the programme and the Christian aspects, and join us in attending a local church (for the first part of the programme) and our Fellowship and Bible Study meetings once a week. All our staff are Christian and many of our teaching groups are founded upon a Christian or Biblical basis.

Our vision is:
“To see men set free from addiction and living a new life in Christ.”

Our mission is:
“To glorify God through offering healing, wholeness and hope to men with drug and alcohol problems.”

In line with the vision of Bill and Joanie Yoder when Yeldall Manor was founded, we intend to be:

Yeldall Manor is not allied to any particular church or denomination, but values the support of many local churches and Christian organisations.  We are members of the Evangelical Alliance, and subscribe to their Basis of Faith.
