Residential Rehabilitation

The Manor Programme provides residential rehabilitation for men aged between 18 and 50 who want to overcome serious drug or alcohol substance misuse issues.

The main elements of the programme include:

The Manor Programme lasts 3 to 6 months and, on completion of the Yeldall Manor Programme, there is the opportunity for residents to continue onto The Lodge Programme as preparation for living independent lives drug, alcohol and crime free. Yeldall Manor is a Christian centre and all staff and volunteers are Christian. Residents do not have to be Christian to join the programme, and we never insist on, or force such a commitment upon anyone.

Yeldall Manor offers a methadone and subutex detoxification programme, run in partnership with our local pharmacy and supervised by local GPs. During the detoxification programme, clients would begin to engage with The Manor (1st stage) programme, and would be expected to continue with this programme when detoxification is complete.  Please note that we are unable to offer detoxification from alcohol.

For residents not on the detoxification programme, the Yeldall Manor estate is a drug and alcohol free environment and it is imperative these applicants are fully detoxified before arrival. This is normally arranged by the referring agency, and takes place either in the community or in a specialist unit.
